About Staffco Solutions

Staffco Solutions Founder

Staffco Solutions was founded in 2025 by Steve Mila, who recognized the significant administrative challenges families face when arranging in-home care. While supporting a family member’s care needs, Steve witnessed firsthand the time, stress, and inconvenience placed on loved ones and caregivers. This experience, combined with his extensive background in the home care industry, inspired him to create a better solution.

Since 2007, Steve has provided high-quality, non-skilled in-home caregiver services across the state of Tennessee. Drawing on this deep industry knowledge, he established StaffcoSolutions to relieve families of the complex payroll, HR, tax, and compliance responsibilities that often accompany hiring caregivers directly.
